I bought fish from this website a few weeks ago and was really impressed:

I thought that they were well priced (cheaper than Ocado which I used as a guide) and they were very friendly to deal with. My mussels were not a success as most were dead when they arrived but they refunded me and I will avoid ordering mussels in future as I think it is pushing it a bit getting them delivered. They also send a recyling bag for their packaging materials to be sent back. Fish also arrives with recipe suggestions.

I have seen them at many food & drink fairs over the summer. The one I always use is The Whitby Catch http://www.thewhitbycatch.co.uk/ I first saw them on CountryFile a couple of years ago. You order by noon and it comes by courier the next day in an insulated container with ice blocks. Whitby Catch is a small fish shop in Whitby that now has an online service.

 

Whitby catch has fantastic fish - if you like smoked fish theirs is to die for. I order a box full of fish - the fish pie mix is also great and freeze it on arrival as it is fresh caught when sent - far better quality fish than I can get locally.

The fish prices are good and excellent quality - it is just the courier that costs £9.99 - hence I place an order for a couple of months fish and freeze it, spread over a full box (or two) of fish the delivery works out fine.
