Doh!!!

I'm a spoon!!!

 

I'm making Pengy's recipe for foccacia for the first time & used my dried yeast in the tin, instead of fast bake yeast in a sachet. It's been rising for an hour & I'm wondering why it's not getting any bigger- I forgot to activate the yeast :wall::wall::wall::wall::wall::wall:

 

So I'm going to activate the yeast afresh & stick it with my current dough ( I've not enough white flour left to make another batch from scratch) & see how it goes :roll::lol:
