batcatz
Hi, my speckedly has laid an egg everyday until Sunday. Her comb is red, she looks happy and lively. I checked there were no mites last night by shining a torch into the house while they were roosting and all is okay. She is not moulting. Is this normal? I am wondering if I am being punished for being on holiday for 2 weeks. The person who looked after them had an egg every day until Saturday. I got back from holiday on Sunday. haha Amanda getting desperate for an
Chucky Mama
Have you wormed her recently (verm-x doesn't count)?
batcatz
Hi, she was wormed when I bought her at beginning of Aug. I did add Verm-x to the pellets 2 weeks ago. I guess I should worm her soon? Today I put an old egg in the nestbox and added ACV to the water and lo and behold there was a smallish egg in the nestbox when I got home just now. Chucky Mama
I think that worming with FLubenvet would be a good idea, If the people that you got them from also used Verm-x it will mean that they haven't been wormed for some time.
