4m x 3m Omlet pen, cube, new auto door still boxed and coop light

Hi all,

 

As there will be no more Silkies from Wernlas for 5 months or so, I have decided to get another couple of breeds as a replacement. Will still get the SIlkies when they are ready, but it's my excuse to get another couple of birds.

 

At the moment, I'm going for:

 

1 Lavender Araucana

1 Buff Orpington

1 Light Sussex

1 Rhode Island Red

 

The Silkie replacements being the Sussex & R.I.R

 

Will be phoning Wernlas on Tuesday to see what is available. Between now and then, I would appreciate your thoughts on my choice of breeds and some alternative options!

Sounds a good choice but how about having four different coloured eggs? ???

 

You could have:

 

Lavender aracuana

 

 

Buff orpington

 

 

Barnvelder/Maran

 

Leghorn/Vorwerk/Dorking
