I agree with Clootie, it's only green peppers, (and some apples) refund and get over it! I agree with Claret, poorly handled by customer services I agree with Koojie, you should be compensated and given an apology I must be a very agreeable person! Sha x I don't really understand but I thought that as the Waitrose was free I would order through them instead of Ocado this week. I have to say the same - service is not a patch on Ocado, but their catering food service (i.e. they do a full party menu of sandwiches and other things for you) is excellent and I would use that again.
