Evergreens Posted November 5, 2009 Share Posted November 5, 2009 ok Ben is most certainly a male ...no question at all, but we have just witnessed him with mouthfuls of hay and taking them to his house. I had a male rabbit before, he never nested, but he liked a padded hay filled bed to keep him warm in the winter (or straw or whatever). grracee Posted January 28, 2010 Share Posted January 28, 2010 I found my definate male lionhead rabbit doing the same this morning, he has also done this a couple of times before, i think it might be what Ziggy said, they may simply just be making a warm bed because of this colder weather.
