Misscherryskull
Hello all, its been a while since i've had to ask a question, my flapping days (excuse the pun) are well and truely over, i just let the chickens get on with it & what will be will be.........................took me a while tho Was just wondering if my 3 isa browns/warrens will moult? And if so when to expect it? or are they bred not too? And will they continue to lay all year or stop for the winter? i hope they don't stop laying coz i couldn't go back to buying eggs , pretty chuffed with them, 3 hens & 3 eggs a day...................i have to give them away coz 21 a week is far to much for this house Thank you Sam x
Space Chick
They will moult at some point, and as they are hybrids they should continue to lay over winter, although they will slow down a bit
