when does the fisrt big moult start. is it one year after hatch or one year after the first egg.

big red and cyclone if my maths is right were hatched some time around new year this year and they are now looking taty I know bid red has got a few neck feathers just out of pin

but i thought that they threw a lot of feathers first so any tips as what to watch for will be a help to
