All change.........

Recommended Posts

After a few weeks of occasional FR together, with Jasmine displaying excellent sheepdog herding tendencies, without too much pecking, I went to separate Jas & Blossom back into the (cube red) yesterday before the school run as usual. They were in the Nursery (pink eglu) with the baby Pekins & showed no signs of wanting to go home........so I left them  When I got home I peeked in the egg port & found Oak, Lavender & Holly snuggled up in the nestbox, with Berry & Blossom perched on the edges, and Jasmine curled up in the poo tray fast asleep

Of course my camera was not in my pocket, so I'll try & get a pic tonight

Now for a questiony waffle (which I know the answers to really :anxious: )........do I leave them in the (pink eglu) and move the black rocks into the cube for the time being as they need the extra fox proof space when I'm out than they get in my little wooden house & run.......I had bought the (cube red) as the pekin run, so if the BRs integrate with the big girls it can be reinstated as a Pekin house in the future. The lack of space in the Nursery run is my only concern with Jasmine.........maybe I should get my remaining weldmesh out & have a go at making a run on the side of the WIR as I had planned before  ...........oh dear I'm rambling aloud again :lol: Just need to convince DH of the merits  !!

All I need now is to integrate the Bufflings and DD can have her guinea pigs :D !!
