leonie Posted November 29, 2009 Share Posted November 29, 2009 Hi everyone, Ive had my chickens and eglu about 8 weeks now so i am still fairly new to chicken keeping. Yesterday one of my chickens (lilly) had a few bald spots around her neck and this morning she has more bald spots on her sides. Is this normal? (moulting?) if anyone could tell me anything that would be great. I have checked them and they dont have any mites or anything. chelsea Posted November 29, 2009 Share Posted November 29, 2009 Sounds exactly like a moult and the neck is a common area, you may see she loses loads of feathers or just a few.
