whats the best tonic

shop bought or home made tips ,ie heard of garlic or tuna /sardines and castor oil ?

does it make a diffrence ?

Tuna (if in brine must be well rinsed) is good and a drop of cod liver oil mixed with some corn will be appreciated too, chick crumb if you can get a small bag is also good - basically any extra protein will help

 

The best tonic I have tried is Lifeguard but lots of people use Poultry Spice which also has a good reputation
