We've had our chickens for just over a year, and apart from worms every 5 months or so, they've been totally fine health-wise.

 

However Milly has recently developed a small bulge on the side of her face, by her nostril. She doesn't seem to be sneezing, coughing or have any runniness.

 

It's been there for about 3 weeks now, and I think is getting a bit bigger. Does anyone know what it might be? I took a photo to add, but I'm not sure how to include it here! I'm not sure if it's just a cold-type of ailment, or something more sinister

 

Any ideas would be greatly apreciated!

It could just be a sinusitisy thing. I would expect her to have a snotty nose though.

 

As is getting bigger, I'd get a vet to look at it.
