Henhathnofury
....my other half was supposed to get supplies for the girls today but work took over. I don't drive and I am now getting concerned that we get in a bag for the snow. More worried about food for my girls than us...that's chicken-keeping! Does anyone know anywhere near Reading that opens late? He is on his way home now.........

iandjsmum
Hi try Rachael at Widgit's (look on web). She is fab and sells hybrids and good quality feed and does this all from her home in the middle of Reading. Also I get my feed from Charles Hunt in Wallingford. Lydia
Are you sorted out now? If not I have spare food and I'm sure we can work something out with the weather.
Henhathnofury
Thank you all so much for the tips... My other half was pretty clever...he works in the film industry and they have animals on set. So he went to the animal department and they gave him a big bag of pellets. My girls usually have mash but hey, they will have to be unfussy for a while. Thank you especially Lydia. You know that the same goes for you if you ever need anything......
