Eggasperated
Further to my problems of feather plucking and diagnosis of lice and subsequent treatment I am still having a problem with feather plucking. Carol has grown back a lot of her bottom and back feathers but her tail still has lots of odd feathers waving about so doesn't look quite right, I have managed to get all the chickens back together and am using bumper bits and anti peck spray, however I'm still getting problems with the other two managing to pull out feathers even with the bumper bits on. I noticed Pippa was the prime culprit so I've isolated her but now Alice is pecking at Carol and pulling feathers out of her. What is the answer? I don't really want Carol to be on her own again as I can't see that solving anything. Theyv'e got loads of things to do with logs, dustbath, hanging vegetables and different areas of the run to scatch about in. Will things ever get back to normal?
