Trish Posted January 28, 2007 Share Posted January 28, 2007 Well we'll see how it pans out but I've just made my own shampoo, Feeling very proud. It's just soap flakes added to warm water and melted, left to cool and then essential oils added. I've made one batch for greasy hair and one for dry. It doesn't lather as much as shop bought stuff but it seems to do a good and gentle job and I can let the water run into my water butt and put in on the garden in summer, as soap breaks down okay, I think.
