Unsecure chicken perches

We are regularly, well nearly every egg now, finding blood in the yolk of our Gold Legbar's eggs, quite often its enough to be off putting, i usually have them but a couple have been binned because they where quite bad,

What could be the cause of this and is it likely she will allways lay bloody eggs ? she seems perfectly healthy otherwise.

I've had these a few times but never every egg from the same hen. Don't know what the answer is, sorry.
