Smiler33
Hi, we're getting a second hand on Sunday and are so excited!!!! The lady who had it is unwell and won't be there so we're collecting it from her friends, but apparently it will need to be cleaned. She did clean it twice a week before being ill so I don't think it'll need much work. Anyhow, we have a pressure washer at time - is it best to do it with that and then should we put some disinfectant spray or something like that too? If so, what should we use? Oh so many questions lol! Just going to hit the other sections on here as got loads to find out before our big chookie day! Thanks.
Cooks
try and get hold of some Poultry Shield it is the best thing and will disenfect the cube without being harmfull to your chickens. I use that and the power washer, they come up sparkling clean. If you want you can loosen off the nuts and bots that hold the parts together to make sure you get out any nasties etc. Good luck!
