Our beautiful bantam french maran spends half her day asleep standing up!!! If you manage tro accidently wake her, she clucks frantically and runs around as if she had never been asleep!!!! Has she laid and when last,? eyes bright is good When I first had mine, one was really really ill and I was too inexperienced to know. Someone said to me. "you know your chickens now(3 weeks)... go with your gut instincts if you are worried take her to a vet". the vet treated her but didn't think she would make i t, but she did , turned into my biggest strongest and head chook! more details offers more ideas from folks too.
