Charlottechicken
Does anyone know when the Light User Scheme (LUS) ends? I am on it and will not qualify for the BT Basic tariff as I am not on any of the qualifying benefits, but when it ends I will be able to have broadband. As the LUS is so cheap I am loathe to jump before I am pushed but cannot find anything on the internet to say when LUS will end, although I know some people have been switched over to BT Basic already. Does anyone know
TAJ
No idea, but a lot of changes come in from 1st April with BT i.e. increase in day time call charges - the biggy is they are changing off-peak so it is 7 pm - 7 am, from the current 6 pm - 6 am. That means any 'free evening & weekend calls' package will now only start at 7 pm, not 6! It was on the back of a letter they sent the other day and I have seen it in BBC1, but no notification sent. Charlottechicken
Hmm, thanks for that Tracy. I suppose it would be sensible to bring it to an end to coincide with other major changes
