kinsk
The first weekend after our girls arrived we picked one of our pigs up from the butchers and had some leftover sausage meat, plain pork and old english (herby) which I turned into these doesn't get much more home produced

majorbloodnock
Funnily enough, I did something pretty similar on Monday. The sausage meat wasn't our own, since we don't own pigs, but was from our farming friend a mile down the road. However, I can lay claim to the fact that the breadcrumbs I used were made from a loaf I'd baked on Saturday evening, so I reckon we've a certain justification to home-made smugness too..... kinsk
Nothing like home-made smugness Last weekend a friend gave me some leaven, the first batch of bread is definitely going for sausage and egg butties, real homemade stuff
