I've noticed that one of my buff orps has got a really bad limp today. She's always had abit of a limp since i got her before xmas but since dinner time today its been really bad.

I don't know what i can do to help her with it? I've had a good look over her leg and it seems fine but theres a little voice in my head saying 'mareks' have read a little about it and it says that there is paralysis of legs etc.

I know it's probably just a limp but how would i know if it was mareks and what would i do?

My older three chickens have been vaccinated against it before i brought them but i dont know about my orps, i got them from the Gobbett Rare Breeds Farm and not sure whether they had been vaccinated?

Going to keep a close eye on her for the next couple of days and if it still doesnt get any better i'll have to find a good vet as the local vets here is terrible.

I'm probably just worrying over nothing, i hope

She has probably just sprained something. Mine do it all the time. I'd just see how she goes for now.
