Lidl have seeds for sale really cheaply! My Grandad has been buying them for me, they're really good value, if you get the chance and go near a Lidl store it is well worh investigating and seeing what they've got!

 

So far my Grandad has bought me:

French Bean x 2

Raddish x 5 (all different types)

Cauliflower x 2

Cabbage x 1

Red Cabbage x 1

Beetroot x 1

Iceberg Lettuce x 2

Carrot x 1

Spring Onion x 1

How much were they a packet - might have to make a special trip!

I didn't buy them but for what I gather, they were under £1 per pack!

I bought some seeds from Lidls this week.

 

Dwarf French Beans - Kinghorn wax (yellow beams) 50 seeds 49p

 

Cucumber - Konsa 15 seeds 49p

 

Tomato - Moneymaker 80 seeds 29p

 

OH said at that price they probably won't germinate We shall see

Wow, Martin, you're going to be busy this year , I'm sure I read elsewhere that you'd bought loads at Woolworths too. Great to see you've got so much enthusiasm for growing your own, and I hope that you have a fabulous harvest
