WitchHazel
Brown. Although they are often described as a "plum blush", but it's definitely brown.
reggiep
Thx Hazel for some reason we thought they laid blue eggs.
WitchHazel
Sadly no. Hybrid that lay blue eggs (or have an 80% chance of doing so anyway) are usually called "Skylines" or "Columbines". They are a creaam legbar cross. There are a number of purebreeds where a blue egg is guaranteed, including Cream Legbar and Aracauna. Wth Aracaunas the blue goes all the way through the shell, it's not just on the outside. Hope that helps.
