I spent this afternoon cleaning out the cube while the old girls ran around our big garden and the new girls bok bokked at me from their run.

 

Then I put the big girls in their run, netted off the chicken garden, and let the newbies have their first free range while I cleaned the eglu. It was so lovely to see them explore!

 

The best bit was when Cracker came over to see what I was doing. She let me stoke her and crouched beautifully. We have yet to get an egg from her but I am now hopeful :dance: So exciting!
