How can I find my old pictures?

We are looking at splashing out and getting bamboo flooring for the lounge. It's really tough (25 yr guarantee) and hardwearing. We've found a couple of companies that supply what kind we want here but does anyone have any experience of fitting it and having it in their house?

Hubby has just fitted this for a good friend, and said it was easy to fit and looks brilliant

Not sure where it came from,but I can ask.....

 

She has 4 older teens,so the hardwearing aspect appealed to her too!

It came from Simply Bamboo - I believe they have a site

 

She got the Uniclic strand woven natural, & also got new skirts so it all matched in nicely.

The floor went onto an older concrete floor on top of a DIY shop own brand underlay.

She says they were really helpful on the phone,gave samples out & have an installation guide on the site too.

I have it in my bedroom and my mum and dad have it in their living room/dining room. I have the really pale natural unstained bamboo and I have to say their dark stained looks much better.

 

It's got a lovely gloss on it and looks as great today as it did when it was fit 3 years ago. My partner fit it himself and said it was as easy as the oak in the living room, just consider it as any standard wood flooring.

 

Make sure you get a decent fitter though, I've learned my lesson. 3 years and my partner still hasn't put edging strips down!!!
