Unsecure chicken perches

One of our chickens has developed a limp, we had a look at her feet but couldn't see anything obvious. any ideas?

I had one like this. She kept flinging a wing out to try and balance herself when walking. Could be a few things - a sprain, or maybe a massive egg that's putting pressure on a nerve. If it's more of a balance issue then it could be something up with her ears....?

 

With ours, we had her inside for a few days, as we were worried it was an injury inflicted by one of the others. We fed her up on lots of protein and calcium, with yoghurt, mealworms etc. The limp went off after about four days, and once back in with the others she laid the biggest, thin-shelled egg I've ever seen....
