Pro - Does anyone else's nest boxes get soaked in rain?

I just wanted to sound out you knowledgeable Omleteers about one of my Araucanas.

 

Gabby has always been a lazy chicken,compared to the others. Even her sister, Vi, is almost a "normal" chicken. They are both complete wusses, but Gabby more so. She panics if any of the others go near her. She is (debatably - it could be Muggle instead) the lowest in the pecking order.

 

She often sits down rather than standing and lately this seems to be increasing in frequency. When I take treats or even just go in the run, she quickly gets up and seems to be walking normally (no hobbling, altered gait or obvious signs it is painful for her to walk). She is able to get in and out of the cube OK too. No problems with the ladder at all. She eats and drink perfectly fine and seems healthy.

 

I just have concerns that sitting down most of the time is not usual for a hen. Am I right to be concerned, or could she just be extremely lazy after all?

I guess some chickens can be lazy like some humans are also.One of my old hens used to take time out when freeranging the garden and often used to sit down on the decking.If she's eating,drinking and still scratching about-i owuldnt worry about it.
