enpekt
I saw on QI that the eye refresh-rate of pigeons (hateful creatures) is much faster than a human's. They said the human rate of about 14 frames per second would appear to a pigeon like a human watching a slideshow. I wonder if the same applies to hens? The way they grab worms from between the blades of my rotovator would suggest this is true... ...Stupid, trusting, birds!!! Don't they know my aged reactions are slowing down?
