Well my the Vorwerks (2 hens and a cockerel) should be hatching today and I am, hopefully, collecting them towards the end of July when they will be 12 weeks old. The plan is to house them separately, but within sight of the "four musketeers", for the first six weeks. Do you think that introducing them might be any easier as there will by then be a cockerel in the flock?

Ooooooh good choice! They are stunning birds.

A cockerel does make introductions easier, but it's still not always plain sailing.

Until your lad is fully grown (around the six month mark), he will probably suffer the same bullying as the pullets. Only when he's ready to "assert" himself will he take charge and keep everyone in line.

The only other potential problem I can see is that some cocks have their favourites and take a dislike to others, so they can actually be the worst bully of all. Of course your's won't be like that, he'll be a perfect gentleman. :)
