New hens not going into Eglu Go Up

My crouching pekin took herself into the nest box at around 8 oclock this morning. She's still in there sitting on a couple of other hens eggs. I just checked on her and she's quite happy but not moving.

Although there are other coops in which to lay, a queue is forming outside of this one nest box. I have just watched one of the top chooks go in there and try to turf her out with no luck. In fact the pekin told her where to go!!!

 

If she's in there, planning on laying it'll be her first egg - if she's sitting there for the sake of it - then I think she'll get a stern speaking too from the others when she does eventualy come out, silly chicken!!
