How many chickens in Eglu Cube

I think my lame Jean (my lame hen) is starting to lay again. I have put her back outside with the others now that she is walking again. This afternoon i noticed some goo coming out of her bum. It looks like egg white. Just before i noticed the gooey stuff she did a poo it looked like a bit of chewing gum. Could this be a shell less egg. What should i do and should i be worried?

Oh thanks for that. Yeah it looked almost exactly like one of those pictures. When i saw the goo oozing out of her bum i thought it was part of an egg . And that she had maybe had a egg break inside her. It did look pretty disgusting . How often do they part with a lash. I have never heard of it before

I have just checked on her and she has just left a clear blob of jelly in her box. is this also a lash?

Jean has just layed the most disgusting looking thing this afternoon. She had been sat in the NB for ages. Which is unusual cos she hasn't laid in months. I thought she was just feeling off it. When i picked her up a big pink thing fell away from her. It looked like a rubber egg. Yes it was kinda rubbery it seemed to bounce when she dropped it I t was about the size of an egg. of course i was curious so i prodded it and cut it in half to see what it looked like. It had loads of rubbery layers and a purple middle that looked meaty. She does seem perfectly fine though. Think i'll keep an eye on her for a bit though.
