Smart Feeder - Light sensor values

Hiya........been a while since i've had a question, was a bit mad with all the questions when ifirst got my chickens who by the way are stll going strong a year later

 

I bought what i thought was layers pellets from my pet shop, he didn't have brand i usually use so gave me another brand, i opened it today & its a powder meal with corn through it & i've contacted pet shop & waiting on reply but as i've no pellets i have to give the chickens this stuff so whats the best way to feed it to them i have given them it dry but they're just picking the corn out .

One of our friends who used to have chickens put corn with their layers and they do pick out the best bits! I would see if you can get layers from another pet shop asap - sudden change can upset chickens and stop egg laying, and cause stress. Am afraid I have no experience with the food you are describing so can't help you feed it.
