grageomat Posted May 17, 2010 Share Posted May 17, 2010 Hi i'm up in aberdeen and i'm looking to extend my flock soon, and i was wondering if anyone knows of anywhere in the area that i can get chickens from i know of 2 breeders which have wyandottes and orpingtons and hybrids but im looking to see if i can get any other breeds, these are ones that i am keen on - Marans, Rhode island reds, Araucanas, Plymouth rocks. I have got 2 on order which should be ready soon, just waiting on an email to say I can go and get them. I can't help with any of the other breeds, sorry. You could try looking in the Practical Poultry magazine which has lists of Chicken breeders, there are a few usually listed for NE Scotland. Tesco and WH Smith sell the magazine.
