dippy bird Posted May 25, 2010 Share Posted May 25, 2010 Hi All-not been on here for ages! Soo busy looking after little people Just a quick question, is there any way you can slow down egg laying? We are absolutely snowed under with them! We have 11 girls - 4 of which are ex bats ( I expected them to stop laying and go into retirement-but nooooo), we are getting up to 10 eggs a day! We give loads away,my hubby took 48 into work the other day and just left them for the office staff to take-they loved them and said that it was far better than getting chocolate. I know nothing but maybe you could reduce the layers pellets they eat every now and then - so they still get a good diet but less focused on laying.
