What makes a chicken coop easy to live with?

Hello -

My dad bought 2 chicks yesterday and the grey one is not very good at walking (She wobbles along then stops and stuff)

She can stand up and stuff :

 

We think she is about 2 days old

i couldnt see very well but I noticed she is walking on her hocks..I have a chick exactly the same..check the feet, see if they are bent inwards ..

Dilbert was like that when he first hatched. He hatched 24hrs after the others and I had to help him out of the shell.Like yours, he could stand up, but he couldn't walk as well as yours, he fell over every other step. I assumed ( rather unscientifically )that the extra time in the shell had cramped his legs and maybe the muscles needed to stretch. I rubbed the joints and gently stretched his legs a few times and he was able to walk next day, though it was still a couple of days before he was steady on his feet.

Hopefully your little chick maybe the same.
