Cinnamon Posted July 20, 2010 Share Posted July 20, 2010 I am a big fan of the Ma Made marmalade tins,and am always looking for new things to do with them. My Dad mentioned that Ginger Marmalade I'd popular in Australia, and he loved it when he was there, so I thought I would experiment. I made it as normal, got it to setting point,then added a jar of Ginger in syrup, drained and whizzed in the processor. Got it back to setting point,let it cool down,then added a hefty slosh of Stones Ginger Wine. And its really gorgeous,got a proper gingery zing to it. ........taking a jar to Dad's this morning.
