Dont panic chickens can have diarrhoea for lots of reasons including worms, diet or feeling a bit under the weather. There is losts you can try before making a decision to cull her. Im sure comeone more experienced will be along to help you shortly.

whats the diarrhoea like? watery brown runny?? any other colour? i agree with art12345 they have it for lots of reasons, have they been wormed recently? too many treats maybe?

i have had a few chickens who have had diareah and within a couple of hours return to normal, as long as shes eating and drinking normal i'd keep an eye on her for 24 hours maybe worm them if they haven't been done recently.

take her off her normal feed and feed her mixed corn or wheat for a few days, this will firm things up

Also try a bit of probiotic yogurt or some powdered probiotic for animals (Avipro is good)

Cut out all treats especially greens

Keep her bottom clean as it will attract flies otherwise

One in every so many poos will be brown and sloppy, the rest should be quite firm though

Chickens will often get didgy tummies when they are moved or stressed, this normally sorts itself out in a week or so

Worm her if not already done
