Is your dog's unusual barking a secret code for something mysterious?

Hi, I need some advice, as from this weekend we are having two ducks which are approx 6 weeks old! I have chickens already and wanted to know how long I should keep them separated for? I have got a pen which will be next to the chickens, so they will get to know each other. Also if anyone has any other advice as to keeping ducks I would be grateful.

They'll need keeping separate until they are roughly 20weeks old. What breed are they?

Swedish miniature ducks!!!

I don't think you'll introduce them with ease. They are quite small compared to chickens. Are you planning on them sleeping together?

no we have a different house for them to sleep in, but they will be together eventually in the walk in run and in the outside pen, unless things do not go well!
