whoopsie Posted August 5, 2010 Share Posted August 5, 2010 I had a lovely letter from my local MP the day before yesterday about the Early Day Motion 260 regarding beak trimming of laying hens. I got an email from mine on the same issue saying thank you for getting in contact, explaining why he couldn't vote (I forget why now, something to do with his position...) but he has passed the information on to a relevant person. He then went to the trouble of giving me his thoughts on the matter and quoting research that supported it. I didn't fully agree but was very impressed!!
