Arby Posted August 19, 2010 Share Posted August 19, 2010 After many years of hearing me say I would like some Quails my offspring bought me an aviary 6'x3'x6' and half a dozen birds for my birthday, all set up when I got back off holiday. There is a sleeping box about 1'x1'x8" high, hinged lid the works, that they have not freely entered yet, now I need some guidance where I can find information on keeping these birds. I have read the general guidance on the Omlet web page, can any-one suggest threads with more detail on bedding feeding etc, they do lay quite well and I would like to try allowing the Qual to rear the eggs rather than using an incubator.
