quickcluck
Am thinking of getting one of the these as I really need something that clips on. I looked a the Sansa as it has a display but it doesn't get on with Vista So the shuffle is my best bet! I am just confused as it has no display so how do you choose what you would like to listen to? Is it complicated? I've got a 'touch' and get on fine with that..... Can anyone help? Thanks K
Geoid
I think you can get cases for the ipod touch with clips on.... But the ipod shuffle speaks to you, to tell you what song is playing.
quickcluck
Thanks Fred, hope it's a nice soothing voice! Can you choose what you listen to, or does it really 'shuffle' everything and you get what it chooses?
C&T
I love my little ipod shuffle. One of the best things I bought! It is perfect for going out running - so small and light! There are two settings - shuffle and play in consecutive order (so for example if you had a story book on there, it would "play" the chapters in the right order!). It doesn't tell you want you are listening to - but why do you need it to? You put the music on there, so you know what it is! And you can go back a track, or go onto the next track if you want to repeat a song or bypass one. I've thought about getting a posher one, with screen etc - but not sure what the point would be? Don't think for me it would add any value.
debbier
I've got the square clip on iPod shuffle, which I use down the gym. It has two modes, a "shuffle" and a "playlist" order, which you set with a switch. It's great for the gym, as I just want it to play without faffing around with a screen, though I do sometimes skip to the next track, according to mood
Omletina Kyckling
I looked a the Sansa as it has a display but it doesn't get on with Vista So the shuffle is my best bet! I had a Sansa Clip and loved it and it was fine with my Vista PC
