Chicken Poo

Recommended Posts

Yeah me too. Have only had them for a week and was panicking that I might have to take them to the emergency vets!

I'll still keep an eye on her though, I don't want to be too dismissive about it. It can' be right to keep doing watery poos. They've possibly been eating too many apples from the garden.

They both seem fine and alert though, doing normally chickeny things. I have noticed that they're a bit messy on their behinds, is this "normal"?

Think it is quite normal, one of mine done a really watery one this morning, she then went to roost on a garden chair and started to 'preen' herself, and cleaned her rear end...it was nice & clean when she finished. I was worried about the different sorts of 'poos' they did but found out that all was normal...the curry ones do smell awful tho! lol! :D
