How can I tell how old My Chicken is?

Hi , I am new to keeping chickens and have had 3 for only 3 weeks. We have had an up and down 3 weeks with eggs then days without any and back to laying again. 1 I am sure hasn't laid at all since being with us.She is bigger than the other 2, gets picked on a little by the other 2, Has light red comb and pale yellow white legs. Her vent is clean and white .She eats well. Was nieve and didn't ask ages when I brought them, so was wondering if there was anyway of telling how old she was? Any advice gratefully recieve x :P
