Soggy run

[NickyN]

I have acquired some lovely chickens and a cube, it is currently sitting on gravel, but I'm wondering if this is the best floor to have them on? Just thinking about cleaning? Please can you give me some advice?

It's not the easiest surface to clean but it can work if it's on a free draining surface and you can hose it down regularly. I've never tried it myself but have read about it being an option.

Welcome to chookdom lol.
