today noticed that my opr wyandotte when she shakes her self alot of feathers are coming out and my orp buff noticed so she decided to pull 2 out and make her yell and then bleed so cleaned her up luckily no wound and put some ukadex on her ( she was in a right mood with me spraying her ) so now im wandering if she is having a late moult as she didnet have one when the other chucks did, is there anything i can do to help?

She may be having a moult and may not be. I always leave mine to it - and sure they would be angry if you pulled a feather or two out, when not ready. Birds will always lose the odd feather all year too.

One of my girls moulted through all the snow and freezing weather we had last winter and none of my otehrs have started to moult yet, just make sure she gets extra protien if she is moulting.

think i might have put it wrong my other hen the buff orp pulled 2 of her feathers out and made her bleed and my buff wyandotte was mad at me for spraying her with ukadex, i would never pull any of their feathers out
