TAJ
I thought I had got a lovely surprise gift for my hubby, but the gift 'token' was lost in the post. There is a guy in Cumbria that makes lovely wooden canoe paddles - made to order to your exact size, style & choice of woods. For Christmas they do a great gift idea - you pay a deposit and get sent a wooden token/gift voucher, hand made and embossed with the company name. The envelope with my invoice in arrived, but the token was missing and the envelope was slightly open - I feel someone thought it was money and took it! Anyway - he will still get his paddle after Christmas, just no lovely wooden gift token on the day - perhaps I shall wrap him up a stick instead Tracy
Lesley
What a shame! You could print off the photo of it from the site and make your own 'Gift Voucher' - or a series of them with ever more clues until he guesses what his present is? If you don't have access to a printer then you could draw it.....get the crayons out? We're often making 'vouchers' for many reasons and it adds to the fun.......
