Darren Beaumont Posted January 3, 2011 Share Posted January 3, 2011 I spotted 3 foxes in next door's Garden today and so am getting a bit concerned about them stressing out my girls in their run. I am thinking about getting some omlet netting to surround the cube and then electrifying it. What would you recommend to charge the netting? What else would I need for this sort of set up? Miss Millies Chicken Posted January 3, 2011 Share Posted January 3, 2011 I use the Gemini 80 which can be run off the mains or battery. I use a car battery to run mine cause I don't have a nearby power supply. You will also need an earth stake. Set up is fairly simple. I find erecting the fence the most difficult part. It seems to have a mind of its own and I usually end up in a big tangle . Check the fence regularly to ensure that nothing has fallen on the fence or grown up it which would cause it to short out.
