Gnom Gnom HM Pork Scratchings

We make our own sausages, and when we get the belly pork we try to get it on the bone and with rind. This means that we can have a "free" meal of spare ribs, and also some loverly crackling.

 

I used to hate pork scratchings, until I tried some proper hand made ones at the Real Food Festival a while ago. They were lovely, in a really sado masochistic way.

 

Today we decided to make scratchings instead of crackling.

 

The recipe said eat hot or cold.

 

Gnom Gnom Gnom Gnom.

 

Won't be any left to go cold.
