hi all i am thinking of getting some mandarin ducks for my farm i have got a big section for all my poultry selection i was just wondering how they would get on with chickens or would it be best to give them there own little section as they are very small ducks.

I wouldn't personally. They are small as you say plus I think they would be safer kept in a large aviary as they will almost definitely pinioned therefore won't be able to get away from predators. If they aren't pinioned then they will just fly away so will still need to be kept in an aviary They are lovely little ducks to keep, not friendly in the slightest but very pretty.
