chris_21
hi all i have just been outside makeing a pen for my silver spangled hamburgs when i looked across the garden to see the laced barnvelder crowing when i brought her i was told she was female and looking at different pictures on the internet she defo looks female. it doesn't bother me if she turns out to be male. do you know if i can stop this happening. also because i have other cockerals and they crow all day do you think that can influence her. madchickenlady
Have you got a pic? Is it a proper crow?
karlotta
I've been bringing my boys in at night for a couple of weeks and for the last couple of days my Silver Laced Poland has been trying a croaky crow in the morning before I let the boys out. She's definitely a girl but is in full moult mode at the mo so wonder if she's not feeling 'girly' at the mo! A Pic would help determine if she's really a she!
